Happy Birthday Luke!

Last Sunday I delivered a vanilla cake covered in cream cheese icing grass to a long time family friend and I was so honored they asked me to provide the cake! Luke was born in the same hospital that my Dad had his surgery in and spent weeks recovering in. I was able to hold Luke when he was only a day old. He is now one year old and my Dad is one year post surgery!!! Time flies and god is so good!!

Kick'em Colts!

Football season is upon us once again and as a Coach's wife, that means one thing... The Colt Kick off Coach's party! One of my favorite traditions! What better way to celebrate than with a new flavor? Introducing cookies and cream with Oreo cream cheese icing. So yummy!!!

Wouldn't be a Colt party without some horseshoes and chocolate footballs!!

Lots and Lots of Lady bugs

Thanks to the cute idea of a lady bug birthday, my cupcakes caught the eye of a high school friend's Mom. She ordered them and a smash cake for her little granddaughter's birthday. I got to deliver them to her school and she was so adorable. She loved the cupcakes!

Cowgirl Birthday

Back in March I got to provide cupcakes for a very special little girl's first birthday! We had the best time catching up with our friends!

The cupcakes were strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese icing and vanilla cupcakes with chocolate cream cheese icing.

They were so yummy! I need to get my hands on the video of the little one eating her cupcake. Everyone was gathered around as she takes her first bite. I am so nervous because there is always that little panic in me that worries she won't like it. But she goes, "ummmmm..." and smiles at her mama. Yay!!!

So excited to start this blog! This little Cupcakery is the most fun and I love having the freedom for creativity! Check back for pictures of previous work and upcoming events! I am getting ready to get started on an order for a dear friend of mine! I love baby showers!! Promise, I will post pictures!

Recently, I made cupcakes for a baby shower honoring a co-worker. I was so pleased to be asked and super stressed because I wanted them to be perfect! The holders were not cooperating so I made wrappers to go around them. After hand cutting 3 dozen, they finally looked complete! Loved the colors for this shower! What do you think? Maybe I should invest in a cricket?
